Hidden Truths

Guys, you already know I have absolutely no self-control 😭 I got a fanfic idea, you all went feral in my inbox because of the Brazilian soap opera, and now I NEED to write it or I won’t be able to think about anything else.

Since that first burst of excitement is basically my fuel, I’m taking advantage of the fact that the next chapters of my other longfics are already done and spending the next two weeks getting as far ahead with this story as possible. The plan is to keep the chapters shorter, maybe around 5k, so who knows? Maybe I’ll actually finish it before I come up with another fic 🤡

There’s no posting date yet. I want to have several chapters ready so I don’t leave my other stories abandoned on the side of the road.

Also, I’m only posting it when @saturnoringz posts the fanfic she’s writing, because I am ITCHING to read it. So go bother her, not me 😁

Below is a little preview of my newest literary breakdown:

At school, she is mocked for her accent, her simple clothes, her scholarship, and her provincial background. At Baelish Models, however, her beauty immediately attracts attention. At first, she believes that a modelling career will be enough to solve her family’s financial problems. At first, he believes he is simply purchasing an exclusive experience. However, he quickly develops an obsession with her. He begins requesting her frequently, pays for exclusivity, and uses Hawthorne Group campaigns to accelerate her modelling career. Jon genuinely falls in love with Sansa, but he does not know how to love without controlling the person he cares about. He cannot even recognise that he has fallen in love with her, convincing himself that he merely desires her. For this reason, as well as because of her young age, he is unwilling to make their relationship public. This secrecy may ultimately destroy his relationship with Sansa once she develops genuine feelings for him.

I had this idea for a one shot (yes, will not be a long fic) where I mix and match different fairytales (Rapunzel, Robin Hood, Beauty and the Beast, Sleeping Beauty) and create my own, but make it Jonsa. I was thinking of writting it for my birthday (november 5th) and as a celebration for my 1 year of posting on AO3 (september 21st), but I wanted to know you guys opinion on it!

Until the birth came – and the simple idea of it filled her with immense anxiety –, Arya was set on treating the situation as if Sansa had simply eaten too many lemon cakes. She had grabbed petunias on her way out, so she could press its fragrance onto her nose and lose herself in the wonders of nature; so she could hide from her human condition. Were she a flower – or even better, a wolf – Arya wouldn’t have to deal with those feelings of inadequacy. A wolf will hunt, a wolf will howl, a wolf will sleep. A flower will grow, will bloom, will wither and die. And what will Arya Stark do? She would let time tell her, she supposed. It had been only the night before when she had managed to convince Bran to help her into her half-made plans of following Sansa to wherever she planned on running to. Arya knew it would eventually come back to bite her in the arse, especially when Sansa had so clearly stated that she wished to do it alone, but she couldn’t have done it any other way. And if anything, she could blame it on their brother.
