This is because of different people in the notes making jokes, and assuming it to not be as serious or not specifically about whitewashing. I wanted to help clarify and was not meant to be hateful. Adrienne’s response was to block me and only me so that my post wouldn’t show up at all in the notes for other people. I wonder why that is:

i also want to point out that his change in worldview and his immense growth isn't just shown throughout backdraft, the appare march and the Q&A answers from T2 but also - if not especially - his T3 VD

he used to surround himself with people who would deem others unforgivable over a single, simple mistake. he used to be one of those people! and yet he says to es, "don't blame yourself just because you made a mistake. all humans make them! that just means you are a normal human like all of us"

he went from being someone who would dox people over the stupidest, pettiest things to being someone who would encourage someone else to learn from a decidedly not simple mistake
