hi so im trying to stop cutting and worrying about every single thing i eat and i was doing soo well and amazing and everything was perfect up until the past week or so and ive been hating myself every time i eat and ive been wanting to cut so badly but i havent yet and im scared that im going to and its so not good
whenever you feel like cutting again, try distracting yourself to get your mind off of the thoughts you are having. Not eating will not make you feel better in the long run. If you want to loose weight try exercising. It will help you not only loose weight but you will also be healthier. stay strong. xx
