Genuinely wtf was that like every ship ( out of the younger cast) besides lumax in bones, el dies, Will doesn’t even actually get a genuine love interest. What was all the byler hints even about, and if they weren’t gonna do byler they could’ve at least fixed mileven but noooo they just straight up killed my poor girl wtffff( also im aware that her death is open ended but i genuinely think she died). DUFFER BROTHERS WHEN I FUCKIN CATCH YOUU, KILLED MY DAUGHTER AND GAVE MY SON A KINDA SHIT ENDING. MY POOR WONDER TWINS😭

Ok now ships and poor, quite frankly rushed writing aside, that was a good finale lowkey, i teared up a bit on multiple scenes lol and some of the acting, holy shit Jamie and Noah did their big oness, wish we got more scenes of them together, el and will team upp, oh my twins you were amazing!! There were definitely some better routes the duffers could have taken and the writing could’ve been a shit ton better but i have to admit some scenes were so goodd.

Sad it ended as im sure many are, i mean most of is basically grew up with the cast, but as far as endings go it definitely could’ve been worse.

Don’t jump me, but i feel like a lot of people that are saying ST volume 2 gave nothing are watching the show from a shipper point of view instead of watching as like a fan of the show as whole yk. Like we learned more about the upside down that kinda huge to me, and also everyone was like “ well what does will coming out have to do with anything” or “ how is this the time for that” and yada yada yada, but like hello did we not hear him say how vecna was using his secret to terrorize him making I’m lowkey doubt himself and his friends and family, how he needed to clear his fears and doubts so that he can fully unlock his powers( ik technically its henrys powers that he’s using) and help defeat vecna without the risk of vecna using that secret against him.

And dont get me wrong im a shipper myself like i used to like mileven and now i like byler, but the whole point of the show is not about ship wars and i feel like we really need to understand that to be able to fully appreciate the show. Also im not saying this for the people that are dogging on the show for the bad writing and the huge plot holes, this is for the people that are raging over byler and mileven not being front and center and the main plot of volume 2.

Side note, holy shit my son will byers the goat, took control of henry, broke his leg and then was lowkey rage baiting him when henry captured his mind so proud of himm and my girl max back, and a brief wonder twins reunion, god highlight of the season for me honestly.

So my friend bought up a really good question while we were watching TVD. She said “ i wonder why Katherine hates Elena so much”, and it honestly got me thinking yk, and honestly in my opinion i feel she hates Elena because she’s basically seeing a shadow version of herself living the life she always wanted and getting the things she always wanted, like having the love and complete loyalty of Stefan and Damon without having to compel and force them and just overall having people that care and fight for her. Katherine and Elena are similar in some aspects so some people are kinda like “well why didn’t Katherine try and befriend Elena” but you gotta remember yea they are similar in some ways but not in the ways that matter. Katherine had her baby taken from her right after birth and she didn’t have anyone to comfort or care for her nor did she have anyone in her corner the whole 500 years Klaus was chasing and tormenting her, whereas Elena yea she lost her parents and nearly every parental figure she had but unlike Katherine she had people there to comfort her and keep her grounded. Now I’m not in anyway defending all the things Katherine did or belittling Elenas trauma, all I’m saying is i can understand why Katherine would hate Elena.

Is it just me or are some fandom shippers like really aggressive? So i saw TikTok video of the originals and it was about Klaus and Hayley, and me personally i think that they had great potential to be a good couple and so i said so in the comments and i kept seeing people responding to it so i went to check what everyone was saying and the haylijah and klaroline shippers were absolutely dragging me in the comments like some of them were being straight up rude to me for saying that😭 like i get everyone can have their opinions and everything but come on now yall. And not even just on that ship in particular, i made a post some months ago about snowbarry, and the westallen shippers were attacking me saying how i was a racist trash and all sorts of stuff and mind you i myself am a black woman, and i wasn’t in anyway saying anything bad about iris, in-fact i even said that i think she’s a beautiful and amazing person but a part of me really just wanted to see snowbarry because i feel like they had some really good chemistry, especially in the first couple of seasons of the flash.
