is anyone else constantly afraid they’ll be “caught” doing stuff they’re obviously allowed or even supposed to do

#HAD to reblog this because it’s literally been my life for the past few months#since moving in w my roommate#she’s awesome and the least nosy person ive ever met#and yet#i struggle to watch yt play mikecraft or even draw in the living room#because i have this anxiety and this dread#that i will have to explain myself#and that i should be ashamed of my silly little interests#even though it’s literally a normal thing to do#i think it’s normal to want to do your own thing in your own space#but you shouldn’t feel ANXIOUS to do something nor#normal around other people/IN YOUR LITERAL HOUSE WHERE YOU LIVE#it’s something im working on#ok bye
