New Blog
Hey guys, after some heavy thinking and some recent anons, I’m moving my blog. It’s been on my mind for a while now, the only reason why I didn’t do it before was because all of the sideblogs I have on here were really popular, but things have been so slow lately that I’ve decided to move my blog. I’m not necessarily deleting this one, but I will modify the name so I can keep my username, I like it too much. However, the main reason I’m moving from this blog are for 2 reasons. 1) Anon harrassment
and
2) the MCL fandom ties.
many of you have heard about me complain about Anons on my blog before, some have even gotten me into trouble with other blogs because of how I responded to them, but going into my askbox every morning to find anons telling me about how I’m a shit person for the things I reblog, about how some man should shoot me for my stance on gun control, about how I need to see a doctor because of my Asexualtiy, it just gets tiring. This new blog will not have anonamous messages turned on because of this.
As someone who was originally in the MCL fandom back when episode 7 was the newest thing in english, It saddens me that most of the tag and my dashboard is filled with negativity. Yes, I can stand critiquing the shit things Beemov has done, I’m pissed at them too, so much that I debated if I should delete my account and tell all my friends to do the same, but as of recent most of the things I’ve seen are hate toward those who actually like some of the changes to the game, and just plain disrespect of anything that doesn’t fall into their vision of perfect. I’ve seen some of y’all worship some of the most toxic ass people in this fandom as if they were a reicarnation of a god because they write good, or draw good, or something else I can’t think of right now. I’ve seen many so called “discussion” that have chased people out of this fandom, some people of which are very dear to me, and I’ve lost so many online friends because of it, but frankly I’m just sick of this toxic ass fandom. if you’ve noticed I’ve unfollowed you recently and you have anything to do with MCL, this is most likely the reason why.
My new blog has the same old Username shinebrightlikeanimeglasses and since it’s so late right now It’s going to be under done for a bit. go on and follow that one. good night and see ya on the fucking shitstain of a new blog
