So I've been trying to work on my 'healthy habits' more lately and this is something I've started doing. I had made myself a small, but exhausting (for me), exercise routine that I've been doing when I get home from work. But a lot of the time I would find myself saying things like "I'm to tired," "I can't do this today," ect.

So the other day, since I had just come home from work and still had my makeup on, I kissed my hand. And then I finished all the things that I had decided I couldn't do.

And everytime I would think something like that I'd put a kiss mark on my hand (by the end my hand looks more like the second picture than the first one).

And I found that when I was done, instead of the marks being a sign of defeat, each one is a time I told myself I couldn't, but then I did.

**also yes I know that the second picture makes me look like I have some kind of skin condition, but it's kinda hard to make pink lipstick look like anything else**

So I work at a grocery store. So while everyone is staying home during this corona pandemic, I have to be work. Anyway, at the store we have this PSA that plays over the intercom every half hour or so and one of the things that it says is to 'take only what you need,' and everytime I hear it the same thing runs through my head. So I decided to make it a GIF set.
