chichi literally is fucking abusive tho

like she reminds me of my piece of shit narc mother so much i have to skip forward whenever she shows up because it makes me nauseous how fucking horribly she treats everyone.

things that are 100% abusive:

forcing your child into a role they don’t want to fill

acting like it’s some horrible violent offense when they don’t act like a perfect little slave

insulting your child and husband’s friends in front of them and treating them like shit

cutting your husband and son off from anything they enjoy that you disapprove of

again, acting like a fucking victim whenever anyone suggests “hey maybe you should calm down a little bit??”

I’ve literally never seen her be anything more than begrudgingly semi-civil to goku, and he’s still trying so fucking hard

chichi is 100% emotionally and verbally abusive to just about everyone she meets. she’s manipulative. She’s a narc.

not to mention goku didn’t even know what marriage was when she forced him to marry her. considering the fact that he could only tell a man from a woman about 5% of the time, I don’t think he knew what sex was either, or the risks, implications, the fact that it would result in a baby, or any of the basic shit necessary for a person to give meaningful, informed consent.

chichi is a hideous character and I have yet to see a single redeeming moment.

I’m terribly sorry that you had a terrible mother and you can recognize her in a character like Chichi. I’m obviously not going to change your views of her, and you are not going to change mine. 

I think your interpretation of Chichi is wrong, and what I see when I watch/read the series is very different from what you see. I’m not here to start anything, but I do ask that you avoid this blog as anything regarding Chichi on this blog is going to be in her defense and I’d hate to cause you any distress. I suggest blocking this blog.

I’ve been doing a little practice with more animal-like proportions and shapes. I’m still keeping the arms somewhat humanoid, although I think I drew them a little long in some of these. There’s plenty of things I could improve on, but overall I like how these turned out!

So I found this App called ‘Xe’.

It’s like a game, and really easy to use.

You select a pronoun, and there are quite a few.

And they give you all the conjugations, kind of like all those old language lessons in high school.

And after a few examples, they’ll test ya!

Type in your answer. If you get it wrong, you can try again no sweat.

All in all I thought it was pretty cool and I know I’ll be using it in the future!
