the best part of a cardio workout is the protein smoothie you get afterwards
last time i picked up a jump rope was probably 4th grade. i hated it--i was always tripping up over myself in PE, was always last to complete any trick moves.
today, some 17 years later, and after doing jump rope since the start of April, I was able to pull this off!!
it helps to be patient with yourself 💕

Parked a fair bit away from the gym in a free spot today. Meant I’d have to do a 30 minute walk to get to the gym. Got hot n’ sweaty before I even started working out.
