I am learning to forgive myself from all the hurt and pain endured from others.

Forgiven and forgot are two fabled words

For the vengeful and hurt

Slain and swayed by emotions

Of possession

Enraptures your waves and envelopes you

In the seashore of remorse and regret

After you are devastated of what you become

From it

If I hadn't come here so willingly, not by fate nor a mere happenstance, yet by design, then I wouldn't have seen the brilliance that has been created.

Ambition

Ambition doesn't mean being selfish

When you have a dream to want more for yourself

And others

History has it's heroes

When you see them, you see what you have

Because of them

Their dreams

Dare to dream

So that the future can have more

Because of you

Hideous and contemptuous

Sometimes sum up my moments

I can slip into it without mistake

As a momentary lapse of judgement

It takes away my power to live freely

Vivaciously in the moment

As life can ensnare us to such fleets

That it depletes us from feeling complete

So we must remember and never forget

Otherwise our contempt can breed destruction

No sooner will we be hurt

By the misfortune that served us from contempt

If time has taught me something

It is the magic to heal what was wounded

And the realization to reinvent

Who you desire to be

Happiness and contentment

Can come from time

And you

Only you can give yourself the time

To feel these things

Don't look for it from anywhere or anyone else

Just give it to yourself

Lose your interest

I will forgive you

Only the humble can accept defeat

Only the humble can accept defeat

Those who cannot afford to lose

Have already lost

There is still hope to heal

Even when everything is shattered

Even when you lose your senses

Even when everything is pitch black

And you don't know where to go

Or whom to turn to

You can still heal

Even when all is lost

There may be a void

But you have to cling to that glimmer of hope

That shows you the light

That tells you

You have a purpose

You are worthy

You are loved

You are not alone

This heart still beats as long as my soul survives

I dreamt that all that I lost and won were the same

That made all the difference to me today

Where will I go when I have lost

Or when I have gained?

The same place

As everyone

You will see me in my grave
