DAY FIVE My first #boomerang so I'm quite happy for being solo right now. Getting back into knitting ready for new stock for those last cold weeks ready for autumn...always prepared for the winter rush with these mermaid scarves. My desk...right now is the family dining table so when I get a day off I either cram it with all my stuff like the middle top photo or I stay in bed like the top left photo ha...the other two are from my final year in uni where my desk was either the print table for printing or spreading my stuff out to work through or my actual desk (the black and white top right photo) on hand in day, I mean the only other cleanest point was when I made the room up ready for start of year and then when I left with everything in tow back here. I just seem to be tired right now to organise my office...also I find something shiny or knitting. #marchmeetthemaker #daythree #desk #workspace

So I have many #favouritetomake items but I think my first chair I reupholstered has to win for favourite favourite to make item. It was great to learn a new skill and to dissect a chair and see how comfy they can become. I've been trying to find a non-grainy, kick ass photo of me with my work...nope I can only find this one from about 4 years ago during a deadline day. I had had probably three hours sleep and spent the night cutting fabric that turned up so late I thought that it wouldn't turn up at all. I cut out and attempted to sew three sets of a tea towel, oven glove and apron with only a day to do it 😀 I half miss those days 😉 -anyways this is my day one of #marchmeetthemaker #you I can't promise that they will get any better but there's a plan to it ha 😋🎨✂️
