a writing competition i was going to participate in again this year has announced that they now allow AI generated content to be submitted

their reasoning being that "we couldn't ban it even if we wanted to, every writer already uses it anyway"

but a small hc i have for bob now is that after the big void thing in new york he often finds it so hard to fall asleep when it’s dark?? for the first few months after the “incident” he doesn’t really know why since he can’t remember, but he just feels this guilt and terror whenever it’s completely dark out and he has a gut instinct that to fall asleep — to effectively surrender all control to his sleeping subconscious when the sun is down — is too risky. so he often waits until the break of dawn to even consider feeling okay enough to sleep, and the rest of the team just lets him to do his thing. he wakes up finally around noon and then goes down for a nap after doing some stuff around the tower (and reading the creative act!!!) and the rest of the team just let him because… it’s bob.
