It's really important when you're at work to go out there and really give it your 60%. Maybe 35%.
#ive been giving 110% at work and god...... bad idea#i'm so burnt out#i have like 12 messages from people I love and want to talk to and respond to but I just cannot work up the mental energy to do so#and to explain that i don't hate them and didn't mean to or want to ghost them#my brain is just running on fumes and I keep putting it off for when I have the energy and capacity to give them#the thoughtful messages (and apology) they deserve#but I can't give less effort at work because I have about 1450 live animals under my direct care#and a couple thousand more in the facility we're supposed to maintain#with a total of three employees to do it. we had four but one was fired and management decided we don't need another person#🙃#definitely not recommended. don't give 100%.#also I genuinely don't know if this is too much to dump in the tags of a random post so if not. please let me know and I will delete them!#nice to queue you
