if you know me in any way whatsoever, you know how obsessed i’ve been with this film and everything about it over the last few months. after three watches in the theater and pushing through art school finals, i felt i deserved a little treat (which was to finally draw this piece i’ve been meaning to do since my first viewing). enjoy!

surprisingly, i have never really posted fanart for this show despite it being my favorite show for so long, basically all of my teenage years, a big influence on myself and my work.

i do hate neil gaiman though, and my positive view of the work has definitely been tainted. as much as i love this work, i do agree with many people and feel like it hasn’t been the same since everything came out. it really disappoints me considering it’s also terry practchett’s work, as well as many talented artists and actors. i’m happy he wasn’t involved in the finale, and at least we’re getting some semblance of an end to this story. so with a bitter taste in my mouth, i think i’m ready to say goodbye to it.

sigh i need to start posting here more, sorry my tumblr people 💔💔 i def wanna start posting more angsty and weird and gay art on here because my family is very supportive and all follow my art insta—

which is very nice!!!!! and i love!!!! but one day im gonna desperately need to draw like. frodo and sam kissing and ik my parents and sisters would fully expect that from me but like it’s also my aunt and uncle and cousins and grandparents (grandparents would be overly supportive which is very funny and sweet) but pls like let me be a freak in the wild 💔💔💔🙁🙁🙁

like i refrain from making comics about my queer experience and depression bc it’s so much of a thing that only my immediate family and close friends know about that i would somehow be fine with strangers seeing but not my own extended family/friends.

how strange it is to be anything at all or whatever that kid said under that twilight youtube video. that comment makes me cry. but yeah true.
