Someone might've said this but I'm saying it now.

hear me out a health/habbit tracking app like for water intake, bathroom habbits and stuff. But it's secretly an omorashi app so you start using it and it starts you off and slowly starts suggesting you drink more and more water. While prompting you to pee more and more frequently.

okay so update I guess. I did a hold yesterday and learned some things. Specifically while I like holding (which I kinda knew) I can't/shouldn't do it for a while.

Why?

My pelvic floor is like way to tight as it is and holding made it worse. So instead I'm going to focus on drinking lots of fluids and peeing as often as I can. I saw a physical therapist a few years ago and they actually said that a consistent pee schedule was helpful with the pelvic floor thing and that I needed to be going about every 2 hours. So that's the goal.

Drop everything and go pee every 2 hours.

now....how/where I do that is certainly up for creative interpretation. I do love a good set of rules.
