You did NOT say that Jay. You "signed under every word" that Emet-Selch could only be gay and agreeing that he can't possibly like women. This is patently false as Emet-Selch behaves the same way whether your WoL is using male or female model. Bisexual people won't have any issue if you'd just stop at "I HC Emet as gay", but when the wording bleeds into insulting players for shipping him with a femme wol, calling m/f Emet artists "hetslop" and wishing femme players a "happy transition" to male, then it does become biphobia AND transphobia as you're now referring to real actual players.
And suppose you're also glossing over the xenophobic/racist take that Japanese people don't understand queercoding? When Emet-Selch was specifically written by a Japanese woman to be sexually ambiguous for the players to decide on their own?
Hate speech, death threats and unwanted porn in your inbox is never okay and idk who sent them, but you're deflecting from the fact that this does not invalidate your initial behaviour. You cannot use this as a cudgel to run away.

When does it slide into ACTUAL harm?
Let me reiterate something again. We would not care if you had stopped at just stating your headcanon. By extending that headcanon and applying your visible disdain to the players and other artists, you have jumped into actually treating real people terribly. This isn't just about ships or fictional character anymore, this is you trying to push the misogynist narrative that women are stupid and cannot see someone is gay, that they should be transitioning to men in order to enjoy 'a gay dating sim', that there should be less of them around, that artists with m/f ships should not be supported because they make 'hetslop'.

throwback to when on new years day he misappropriated the "merry yaoimas and a happy new yuri" and said "happy new yaoi" and tried to tell him not to overwrite lesbianism day
TL;DR: in his livetweet of ARR, Jay dismissed the Ala Mhigans in Little Ala Mhigo as "politically angry men" and I argued that while it can certainly be rooted in racism, his "personal dislike" of them stemmed more from his unwillingness to engage with things that do not affect/involve him directly (who cares about a bunch of refugees when you're preventing primal summonings, amirite?), and that sort of attitude carries into everything else in his life including his (lack of) engagement with other queer communities that are not exclusively gay.
Jay very clearly wants to live in his bubble where he only wants to engage with things that matter to him, as exemplified by the "literally just having fun in my own corner" comment. He feels "invaded" when he's politely asked to take other people into account even when it takes nothing away from his ability to enjoy and make gay fancontent. He doesn't want to acknowledge happy new yuri. He doesn't want to consider queer M/F ships. He says gay ships used to be the default. He doesn't want to have anything to do with anything that's not male homosexuality, and that includes having the barest modicum of decency and respect for other queer identities. You can play with headcanons and make fancontent however you like, but when you're on the internet and making yourself publicly available as a content creator, you no longer function in an exclusively gay little bubble. You do not get to demand other people engage with you and get upset when they call you out for being exclusionary, but unfortunately he seems a little too self-absorbed to really understand that.
In conclusion:
Making exclusively gay fancontent because you're gay and that's what you want to see and how you want to play with your fave NPCs? ✅
Getting mad that other people do not headcanon your fave NPCs as gay and calling them homophobic for doing so while refusing to engage with or be mindful of other queer identities? ❌
I want to add some stuff to the aboves as well- because as much as he's against "waffles" in his "pancake" house, he do have lesbian representation in his art and comic- because the waffles are all tasty and welcomed in the pancake place when they can grab attention from other people and eventually turn into profit, aren't they?
"Why do you never see ME with my yaoi agenda under people's yuri posts"- not under post but you DID shove your yaoi agenda to replace the lesbian's day. And I cannot stress this enough but I'm all in for the gay agenda and celebration of it- same goes for lesbian, ace, trans and any other in the LGBT+ family. But not seeing how you actively overshadow anything else than your personal stuff by rude and offensive comments and playing a victim when met with any slightest criticism only makes you an asshole not really welcomed in the community.
And you know, it's a normal thing to not realize how rude or hurtful something you said may land as- but it's also a very human and common sense thing to listen to those you've hurt and apologize/make amends. But what Jay does instead?

That and twisting every criticism into a "homophobic attack" and harassment of an marginalized person. Playing a victim card with one hand- while holding a credit card scanner with the other, as he begs followers to drop some $ since now he needs them more than ever.
Another thing, important to me as well as a person on Autism Spectrum- he tends to use weaponized Autism as a shield against criticism of his words and actions. He uses it to excuse how rude and self-centered he is, pulling those hurtful stereotypes as if people on spectrum needed more of such stigma. He also said that he's "too autistic" for adding alt text when posting images and his comic, when someone politely asked him about it. All you need to do is copy-paste stuff from your comic or add like at least one line of text that will help people who needs that; surely it's not too much to ask for from a comic author and well versed at yapping on social media about things you create about? Some things ARE big struggles to us autistic folks but you cannot use it as excuse for being an asshole.

To add onto this, there is so much, but Jay was known in the GW2 community and only left it because he couldn't make any money. At the time, FFXIV was still fairly small because we didn't get the influx of Covid Players, so with it was easy for a snake like him to sneak in and quickly gather a following.
He only ships with G'raha because he knew he was popular. He's not shipping with him because he likes him, he ships with him because he is profitable. Thats it. He has never played ShB in the 7 years since its been out, not even during the free log in events. Not even when the free trial was expanded. He has only watched streams and while that is fine- having given up on the base game and quit because you don't like women, don't like the people of Ala Mhigo, don't like anything- why are you still making a comic about a fucking game you don't even seem to like? Oh right, money.
This is a prominent theme with him. He isn't making his comic for the love of the game to share with everyone. He is making it entirely to make money.

As a white United States Queer, I have had to learn how statements I made with innocent intentions turned out to be ignorant and hurtful. I had to learn how my previous behaviors contributed to the oppression of Black, Indigenous, and all People of Color. (This is an ongoing decolonizing and deprogramming process I have been fortunate enough to learn from BIPoC people. i.e. Decolonize.myself, IndigenousIntentions, Sincerely.Lettie, and many others.)
Unlearning implicit bias is hard and deeply uncomfortable, but it's better than continuing to do harm to other people.

Labeling the criticism you're facing as a "homophobic harrassment campaign" is misleading at best and dishonest at worst. Especially since you're well aware that most of said criticism is coming from other queer fans and creators in FFXIV spaces.
Your comments and posts were biphobic. Whether you meant to be biphobic or not is irrelevant. Someone unintentionally participating in bigotry doesn't negate that said participation occured. And this is unfortunately not the first time something like this has happened in regards to your treatment of other fans.
Anyone who is using this situation to be homophobic is, in fact, a piece of shit. But the majority of people criticizing you aren't looking to make you "disappear". They're asking you to take accountability for your words and behavior. They want you to do some self-reflection about how you think/talk about marginalized groups that fall outside of those you personally belong to.
