THEY ALL DESERVED BETTER
"Wally Clark is everywhere.
He is the little dance Maddie does when she hears Steppin’ Out. He is the butterflies in her stomach when Maddie searches pictures of the Eiffel Tower and Taj Mahal, and he is the goosebumps she gets after getting into a cold pool."
It's fine. I'm fine😭😭😭 I'm only on chap 2 and I'm already losing it! Omg!

Reblog if you are Team Mally
The Handmaid’s Tale—Season 6, Episode 9
Spoilers + Full Rant: Nick Blaine deserved better.
It's been hours. I’m not over it, and honestly? I don’t think I ever will be. These are my thoughts on the second-to-last episode of The Handmaid's Tale. Just my opinion.
CW: mentions of character death, abuse, and assault (including references to rape). Please read gently. Take care of yourself.
This right here:
"Then June just let him get on that plane. She didn’t warn him. She didn’t stop him. After everything. After all the quiet love, all the protection, all the things he never asked for in return. She let him die believing she hated him." Couldn't have said it better myself!!
NICK BLAINE DESERVED BETTER!!

Never. Ever. EVER. Recovering. 😭😭😭
okay but people claiming ‘uhhh Guy was only into Nan for her money’ are FOOLS. The second this man saw her climbing down the building to find Conchita’s pin, he was a goner. He saw her as a mischievous, clumsy, outspoken, giggly American and immediately understood that she was the one for him. I have no doubt that Theo is also in love with her, but it is so clear that she has always been on her best behaviour around the Duke.
She is only truly ever herself around Guy because he is the only one who truly understands the beauty of her character as much as her girls do. He is head over heels in love with her and he has been from the second they interacted. He understands her in a way Theo never will. Theo’s “you’re deliberately misunderstanding. Why aren’t you more grateful” is proof that he cannot and does not love Nan as much as she deserves to be. He sees her situation as a flaw, as an embarrassment they will share. Guy understands it as a part of her, as something which has made her as strong as she is.
She loves Guy because they share a true understanding of each other. So much so, that she knows that it is only him who can take care of her sister, because he knows that she loves her so deeply.
I can (and have) go on for longer but basically, Team Guy ftw and if they don’t end up together I will storm the gates
Okay I can't stop thinking about the line in Mockingjay where Katniss notices that Finnick does not let go of Annie's hand after they're reunited
And she thinks it's because he is afraid to lose her again, which I'm sure is a significant factor
But I also. I can't. I can't stop thinking that
That this is the first time Finnick can hold her hand in public. The first time he can hold her hand where people will see them. Because he is finally no longer the Capitol's golden playboy. He can hold the hand of the woman he loves and it doesn't have to be a secret anymore. He can hold Annie's hand without that simple action putting both of them in danger.
And don't even get me started about their wedding being broadcast into the Capitol. Finnick Odair, famous for "going through four or five" "lovers" every time he is forced to return to the Capitol. Finnick Odair, who was repeatedly sold to the highest bidders, who had to act for the cameras - and even away from the cameras! - that he liked it, that he wanted it. Who could never even risk marrying the woman he loved in secret because of what would be done to her if he did.
Finnick Odair gets to hold Annie Cresta's hand without fear of who sees them. And Finnick Odair, the Capitol's golden slave, and Annie Cresta, the girl who went mad and only survived the Arena because she could swim, get to swear vows of love and fidelity in front of everyone. In front of the cameras they had up til then feared seeing any move they made. They are married in front of those same cameras. They kiss, and they dance, and it is celebrated.
And Finnick doesn't let go of her hand.
if you must die, remember your life.
Omg! I can't breathe😭😭😭😭😭
