Hii Aaron!! Recently i got my bsf addicted into tales of arcadia (lmao) and he asked me something that now i’m very curious too. How does the anatomy of trolls works? Are they 100% stone like their organs too? Or Is it a different material inside???

The writers room decided that as magical creatures, they would exist with their own biological rules. They are made of “living stone” that is sustained by energy from Heartstones, but seem to receive some sustenance (or perhaps just enjoyment?) from eating.

As for their internal anatomy, you see a little of the inside of a mountain troll in the episode with Gatto.
