Someone’s been a sad boy lately because the cold weather has been exacerbating his knee pain and I’ve been more sparing with trips to the dog park. I’ve talked to his doctor and she said that a 2 week rest should hopefully be enough to let things heal up. In the meantime, I’m looking into puzzle toys to help occupy him but nothing is really catching my eye. Any recommendations?

And if you have a poodle mix of some kind and you love them, that’s cool. This isn’t a tirade against individual dogs. Dogs are, for the most part, lovable and funny and sweet in all their incarnations. We just need to stop fad-breeding designer dogs.

So I basically have a job set up back in NOVA and one of the vets I work with currently went to vet school with my neighbor growing up who owns the clinic I’ll be working at so of course they’re talking and now he’s guilt tripping me for leaving and I’m like listen pal!!!
