The thing about Miss Piggy is that she kind of has a Roger Rabbit comedy superpower where she wins nearly any conceivable fight she's in. But unlike other characters of which that's true, like say, Bugs Bunny, who tend to win because they make the opponent play the game with their rules, Miss Piggy wins because the joke is that she can beat the shit out of literally anybody.

I cannot overstate how much of a lightweight I am. A single shot of vodka zonks me right the fuck out. Melatonin is a prescription medication in my country but luckily alcohol is not. VERY short road to snork mimimimimi land.

Absolutely incorrect in my case. The worst sleep is not sleeping, which is what I avoid some nights by taking the alcohol. Putting a cast on your limb reduces your mobility, except in situations where you would be putting a cast on your limb (broken bone), in which case it greatly increases your mobility.

I’m so confused the high school told me there wasn’t a built-in sound system in the auditorium — I’ve watched them haul in big speakers and an audio board for every assembly — but I have an AUX cord in the booth that I can plug my phone into and it plays music through the room even when there are no speakers. There CLEARLY is a built-in sound system the school just doesn’t know about somehow? And I’m not very technically experienced — I don’t know HOW the sound system works or what the AUX is connected to I just know I CAN blast music.

hey sorry I walked out of the important science meeting without saying anything. I suddenly realised my tragic backstory was thematically relevant and I could find the solution to all our problems by using it as a metaphor. yeah I guess I knew it was coming, I suspected I might be the main character when I noticed I was the only one here who has multiple PhDs with no explanation of why I never moved on to a postdoc. anyway have you seen my laptop with the worst UI

There are entire, textured 3D models of the cafe, speakeasy, and cave system that we use for scene layout and background setup. I can't share those with you right now, but here are some top down reference drawings of mine we've used to create those models.

Some things about this post since getting quite a few notes:

1. If you see this post, highly recommend taking it as an opportunity to set a timer for 15 minutes and switch over to ACTIVITY YOU ENJOY. if after those 15 minutes, you want to go back to scrolling, that's okay!

2. Huge shout out to this popping up in my notifs often, bc I do go back to activity.

3. I think there are times where scrolling is fine. Right now, for example, I'm being connected to a machine for two hours to donate plasma and platelets. Yes this is a brag but it is also a time where scrolling is one of the few things I can do. (Though I will probably also read or watch something on phone lol)
