LISTEN TO ME having kids is hard and keeping a shred of your individuality outside of "Mama" is hard but if you do this and you commit to this bit at some point your 4 year old will SPRINT out of her room mid bedtime routine with her father chasing after her because she hears her favorite My Chem song playing on the speakers while you clean the kitchen and she "HAS TO ROCK AND ROLL DADDY!"

And then you get to rock and roll with a little person with your face and it's the best thing in the world.
