What is this ?

welcome to my blog, the nebula!! this is a blog i use to seek comfort and age regress in peace (◕‿◕) any hate is not tolerated. if you go to the space mail 〖 the ask box 〗 you can ask the nebula things, request moodboards or stimboards, paci pfps, or just anything youd like ! dont be shy ♡

not necessarily , or more so very few. the only things i will not tolerate here is nsfw, kink, abdl blogs and basic dni criteria. the nebula is supposed to be a kid friendly, peaceful space (￣︶￣) 〖the nebula blocks freely though . . 〗

yes , that is me!! i am the captain of the nebula . i go by the names stardust, wolf, or jupiter 〖or you can call me just "the nebula"〗. you may choose a name, or alternate, i dont mind !! my pronouns are she / star / none 〖just refer to me by name .〗 i do not have a caregiver, but im not in a rush to find one !

a serious talk about pacifiers

Please, no matter what anyone says, it is not 100% safe to use pacifiers.

this isn’t just about baby pacis. I’m talking about adult size ones too.

over time your teeth will shift if you use a pacifier intensely and for a long time. They will, after prolonged use, cause your teeth to splay/ flare out as well as potentially develop an Over/ underbite. If you feel your bite feels weird after using a pacifier, it’s not all in your head.

I’m not saying these things to scare you but it’s a common misconception that if you have a fully developed mouth than it’s perfectly okay to use adult pacifiers without any repercussions and that’s just not true.

I know our pacifiers can be essential to our mental health, our regression, etc. (plus they’re super adorable) so I’m not telling you to stop using them all together (i myself, am still going to use them). I would however recommend limiting usage to 15 minutes (25 max), try your best not suck incredibly hard on it, clean them before and after every use (because bacteria), wear your retainer or Invisalign regularly if you have them, and most importantly talk to your dentist or orthodontist because everyone is different. You may not experience these issues in the way I have or at all.

★ Build a safe space for yourself when you regress, like a blanket fort where you feel comfortable.

★ Make a routine that you follow every day to help you feel secure.

★ Do things that make you happy and/or comfort you.

★ Make your well-being and mental health number one!

★ Say yes for what you do want, and no for what you do not want to keep you safe, happy, and comfortable.

★ Try out different ways to deal with stress, anxiety, or other no-no feelings.

★ Be creative (Color, draw, play, or write)!

★ Take time to read to calm you down whenever you feel upset.

★ Make playlists of songs that make you feel happy, with kid songs or TV Show/Movie songs that comfort you or that you love!

★ Play your favorite video games that you like, or find new ones!

★ Try out different hobbies so you can find a new one you like!

★ If you are more into smart, big kid stuff; try puzzles or board games!

🧸Cozy-fying Your Space: Middle Edition🧸

Put up glow in the dark stars or other shapes on the wall and ceiling— one time I found glow in the dark Lisa Frank puppies at the thrift!

Room sprays or scented candles or wax melts in a scent that soothes you can make a big difference!

Find a cool lamp, like a shaped night-light or a lava lamp or even an LED neon wall hanging to give the room a nice atmosphere.

Hang up one of those mini hammocks to keep your plushie friends in. Especially good if you have too many to fit on your bed.

Put up artwork on the wall that you or your friends made. Not only does it make the room pretty, but it’s very personal!

If you have the space, set up a pile of pillows or a beanbag chair to chill out on.

Use Command hooks to hang your favorite clothes on the wall. This adds texture to the room, and you can easily swap it out for a different article of clothing!

Cover your headboard, dresser, or other furniture with STICKERS!

Print out posters of your favorite franchises and tape them up to your walls (or ceiling!)

Display your collectable toys! Ironically, this is helpful if you are private about your regression, because it makes it look like the only reason why you have the toys is because you collect them.

If that’s not your thing, you can also get cute fabric storage boxes to stash your toys and gear in.

Finally, get cute memos, put your favorite quotes or affirmations on them, and hang them on your walls!

Your room will look super pretty!
