Okay so. Here's how I imagine it would go:

It's more so likely Will might go to camp much earlier. Maybe seven years old? Zeus is after him. Hades tells Naomi to get to camp, he has informed Chiron about it, and they need to go now.

So while driving, they're in his mother's van.

They end up getting BAM! by lighting from the sky. Unfortunately his mother doesn't make it. 💔

He's picked up by a satyr, maybe Manon? (Mamon?) And he's brought back to the infirmary where he's treated for head trauma. Chiron is obviously worried considering it's stormy out.

And they make sure Will isn't— well. Known. So they leave him in the Hermes cabin with multitudes of other kids. Leaving him not knowing who his godly parent is and stuck in a camp he doesn't know about. So he stays undetermined.

He obviously asks about his mom, but they don't answer him. And they don't tell him about her passing, and he's basically left in the dark. They probably lied about it. Just so he doesn't go out looking for her.

The first few weeks of camp was hellish. The kid refused to go out and eats and he sobbed all night for his mom.

Luke is the person who comforts Will and is the first person he meets and he's gotten attached to him remarkably.

And he honestly looks up to Luke like an older brother.

Fast forward a few years, Percy arrives. It goes on the same atleast. Until like the timeline of the Titan's Curse. But when Will finds out Luke is off with Kronos he has a hard time believing that. 💔💔

W.S - "You promise to bring Luke back this time, right?"

A.C - "I—yeah. Sure. Promise."

(Since Percy has been involved with Luke (as usual) Will tends to walk up to him asking about Luke.)

When Percy and the gang arrive on the Sun Chariot. Nico arrives with Bianca. And since they came in contact with Apollo they found themselves claimed but the time they arrive. But Bianca doesn't go to the hunters (yet) and thus never goes on that quest. 😭🙏

Nico's the same chatterbox as he usually is. He goes on asking to Percy, and he's awfully tired of Nico so he shoves him into Will's hand who walked up to him asking about Annabeth and her whereabouts.

W.S - "Where's Annabeth?"

P.J - "Will—not now."

This is also how solangelo meet and go on to become friends. Around the end of Titan's Curse. Where all hell literally broke loose..

This is where they come back and Will walks up to Annabeth asking about Luke. Because he's a kid whose dependant on someone they grew attached to. He's lived with Luke since he was seven, he's obviously going to be incredibly attached to him. 💔

W.S - "Annabeth! You came back! Is Luke here? Where's Luke?"

A.C - ".. Will.. He's—he's dead."

Reminder that the Titan's Curse is how Luke practically DIED. And also hearing that Thalia pushed Luke off the cliff.

Hearing that for little 12 year old Will, that was probably the most devastating thing EVER. ("What but you promised—" "I know—I know I'm sorry—" "You promised this time! You lied to me again!")

Will couldn't probably recover from that, and he runs away, not after wrecking chaos in the Big House. (Not Dining Pavilion.) Skeletons arrive and Will's death aura goes UTTERLY insane. Walking near him is overwhelming and you get the feeling of intense dread and pain shooting up your spine.

Which leads to Will running away. Probably running towards the Labyrinth. The fourth book goes overall the same.

(and we get disheveled Will. Will having hair that looks brownish gold, cause he was in the dark for so long and hasn't taken care of it. He looks kind of emo💔 but it's just depression.)

When they DO meet Will he holds this kind of.. Weapon? It has two sickles on both ends of a really long chain wrapped around Will's body. It's pretty cool!

Will refuses to get near Percy and Annabeth when they meet. Or even look at Annabeth. (Cause she promised to bring Luke back, she breaks it. Will's anger and grief is radiated towards her and Thalia cause they 'killed' Luke.)

In the fifth book, my gosh. Angst ensues, he tricks Percy, Percy hears about how Will wants to get Luke back, Percy thinks he's delusional. (Honestly valid for Percy, but can you blame Will?) Will almost gets BODIED when he tries to get Percy out of the cell. They go through the River Styx plan.

And well. Yeah everything goes the same, basically Will convinces three gods to go to war with him. After arguing with Hades by telling him that he wasn't there for him when he and his mom needed him and that he was a shitty dad and the least he could do for him was just do this one favor after Will's done so many for him. 🥀💀

And so Hades caves in and yeah. They save the day‼️ whohoo!

When fighting in the front lines. He sees 'Luke's Annabeth and Percy, fighting. Then at his left he sees Thalia have a statue fall on top of her. And despite still holding resentment towards, he can't help but run over to her. (He still loves her deep within, he's just not ready to admit that.)

When he comes back he sees Luke dead and Annabeth and Percy standing his body, and his heart breaks because after all this time he never got to speak to Luke.

in HOO. It's overall the same, he meets Hazel ignores Percy. Does not speak to him actually. (Like lowkey doesn't introduce himself, just waves and goes on his way.) Cause he still has a grudge. Lol.

Goes through Tartarus, almost dies. Practically hates Luke for leaving him. (There's no Cupid scene.)

Meets Reyna, saves the world again. And here. We meet Nico! Will is standing Nico sneaks up at him and Will swings around and almost strieks a sickle into Nico's eye if Nico hadn't ducked out of the way.

N.D.A - "Woah! Hey! Watch that—uh. Sickle!"

W.S - "Nico?"

N.D.A - "Will! It's been so long! What happened to you? You look different, and uh—weird."

W.S - "What?"

B.D.A - "Sorry, about my brother—he's just passing through."

W.S - "Bianca?"

B.D.A - "Oh, Will! Oh, it's good to see you!"

W.S - "What are you two doing here? It's dangerous to be walking around!"

N.D.A -"Doesn't matter. You look thin, have you eaten at all? Do you ever sleep? Did you change your style? Your hair's darker—"

B.D.A - "Nico!"

N.D.A - "Sorry."

So yeah. Nico's way of flirting with Will is asking him never-ending questions of his health and his look. Conner was introduced cause they tagged him along.

And overall yeah.

When Nico and Bianca settled, they were sent to the Apollo cabin and there Bianca found some contentment without having to always look after Nico, since she had others to care both her and Nico.

When the majority of them died. Bianca, Nico, Kayla and Austin all lived. Now that Bianca had others to take care of. She was more determined to keep them out of harm.

Nico learned to grow up fast for Kayla and Austin. Overall making sure they were safe during the war.

And Bianca and Nico took it upon themselves to share the burden of being the head healers at camp.

Oneve they both realized they could heal. It helped. Although during the war, Nico's healing powers came after Nico found out he had plague powers. A little weaker than Bianca's. But he excelled with the plague.

The Di Angelo siblings balance both healing and plague, both of their father's domain.

He met Conner and Travis, they were growing on him and he grew up to be quite tricky and clever with things.

He still is heavily obsessed, and doesn't hesitate to put a smile whenever he can.

Anyway back to solangelo. You can expect Will and Nico overall bickering because the other of them are stubborn. Will's harder to crack and Nico's patient yet annoying presence softens him as much as Will refuses to admit.

Nico pesters him to get rest in the infirmary. (For about three days.) And Will as much as he refuses to believe. Starts to like him during the majority of that amount of time.

Although their slow burn is LONG because Nico refuses to believe he likes boys.(Catholic guilt still kills him.) And Will is a little too deep in his trauma and can't find help crawling out of it.

After much reassuring from Bianca and his friends, and Hazel pestering Will to do it. And they both confesses in like board daylight, and Will is like so incredibly awkward he stumbles over his words.

And for once Nico is SPEECHLESS. He doesn't know what to say.

They're underneath a tree, standing over the hill and silence overwhelmes them. Before Nico just can't handle it and takes Will's hand, cups his face and plants a gentle kiss.

Will stands frozen in utter shock he doesn't say anything, or even sway. When Nico pulls away and they just stand there, and Nico being the little sht he goes:

N.D.A - "I thought you didn't like physical touch?"

W.S - "You kissed me."

N.D.A - "You didn't fight it."

W.S - "Touché."

W.S - "Could you.. Do it again?"

N.D.A - "Wow. Am I hearing things or is Will Solace actually asking me to kiss him again—"

W.S - "—Or you know.. I could walk away right now and leave you standing there."

N.D.A - "Okay, okay. You got me."

Finally this time. The kiss reciprocated. And feelings are mutual.

Thinking about Will and drowning again.

I do not think he'd die by drowning, but I think he'd long to. Going underwater can be so peaceful until you run out of air and sometimes he just wishes he didn't have to come back up. He wishes he could just let the air in his lung run out. It'd be a more peaceful death than the one that will inevitably come for him
