yesterday I had three interviews for really amazing positions with a local office, and the first one did not go well because I was not prepared at all, the third one I did not say much because I was more interested in the interviewer herself, and the second one I told my interviewer that my dream job was to be a paranormal investigator.

She was like, “oh, so you want to be a Ghostbuster?” And I’m just like yeah :B

I’m 100% sure I did not land a job for the summer lmfao. Its even more amazing because each interviewer was like ‘wow we’re so excited to interview you, your resume is very impressive and we think you’d do great in our office.’ and I just casually am like ‘so yeah can I bust ghosts at this job ? ? ?’

Just like as an update — I got the job where I said I wanted to be a ghostbuster in the interview. I met so many great people through that job that still give me good references even still

I am learning every day that people just like people, and the realer the person is, the easier they are to like I guess

#unfortunately for me I am the realest idiot to ever live #I don’t want to say I make it a point to embarrass myself at interviews now but #when I do I usually get the job somehow #be urself even if ur real self if obnoxious and can’t read social cues because that’s okay and we’re all on a giant space rock together

my life is falling apart and I am strongly considering, you know, leaving it all where it is, and going on a backpacking trip through some woods and maybe I’ll like find myself or something idk
