Embracing BPD ♡

This is pretty frightening when you first hear it. "Aren't personality disorders only diagnosed in crazy people?" "Does that mean I'm crazy?" It's just different. There's such a stigma for personality disorders. And sometimes I feel like that's another finger to point out my faults. Because I need something else to make the target on my back even bigger. "You basically have a target on your forehead saying, 'You can fuck me now'." But you know what? It makes sense. Gives me some sort of identity other than lesbian and hippie. It's common, I'm not alone. However, no 2 people with BPD are the same, though. It's kind've an all encompassing diagnosis. BPD isn't like the how society views it. I'm still the same person that those who love me and know my heart. I'm excited for the plan of action I have in store with my therapist to combat this. I embrace you, Borderline Personality Disorder ❤
