how do you tackle self doubt and/or anxiety?
honestly, i still struggle with this all the time, so I donāt really know how to answerĀ this really well considering I still have problems with this. But in such situations, I always try to remember that I have a friend thats there to support me in those situations and that theres nothing I should be worrying about. for example, if i have to get up in front of a lot of people and speak, i just remember that everyone else has to go through the same thing and theyāre all probably feeling the same way. All I do is take deep breaths and try to calm myself down whenever I feel anxious. As for self doubt, I honestly canāt get rid of it because its just something thats constantly at the back of my mind you know? I guess its kind of annoying because it stops you from doing things in worry that others will judge you for it or something? But I just try to push it aside and tell myself iām overthinking it which doesnt help a lot but what can i do? hahah sorry i suck completely in answering these questions!
