The idea of Enchanted forest AU is next:

Luz the human gets a new task from her mentor Eda the witch - spend one month in the Enchanted forest learning new spells and trying to improve skills in brewing potions. She gets rare spell scrolls. On her way to the forest she meets a new “friend” Amity Blight, the most popular young witch on the isles. Amity tries to mess with Luz and as the result girls get trapped in the Enchanted forest. The answer is the scrolls Eda gave to the student - seal the owner for a month in a magic place. Now Luz and Amity are stuck in the forest for a month 🧡
