Hopelessness

This still image was created by a Japanese neurology professor Yamamoto, and he told the instructions below: If its not moving, or just moving a little, you are healthy and has slept well. If its moving slowly, you are a bit stressed or tired If its moving continuously, you are over-stressed
This illustration was created by Yurii Perepadia, a 50-year-old graphic designer and illustrator from Ukraine who told BuzzFeed News that everything written in the caption above is a lie.
thank u buzz feed for once

The Wisconsin school district said it was investigating the incident which has sparked outrage on social media.
You don’t get to make different rules because you make a horribly racist mistake.
Racism is as racism does.
Flying a confederate flag, nazi salute, the 👌🏾 sign (I HATE YOU RACISTS FOR TAKING THIS!)
it’s been deemed bad and is pretty much common knowledge now.
They should shut down the high school until it’s restaffed.
When to leave a relationship
Honestly, if you have to question your relationship with someone for weeks or months on end, constantly feel unwanted, unloved or unsure and can’t talk to your partner about it - leave.
Every relationship has arguments and rough times, but the least thing that should be expected is that both parties know they are loved. That there is noone else. That is the base of every relationship.
You might think that you are fighting for it, but are you really? Are you sure that you are not making up false hopes and dreams? Can you still trust your partner? If you doubt in any of those - leave.
So if you ever ask yourself wether you should be fighting or not, don’t look to yourself. Look to the other person. Are they doing everything they can to keep you? Are they really fighting, or are they lying and playing? Think about it carefully, before giving in to lust and lies.
Chased love is not love.
It’s okay to say no. It’s okay to say you’re uncomfortable.
It’s also okay to knee someone in the nutsack if they don’t respond to your refusal or rejection of their unwanted advances.
Hahahahaha Have you noticed
You can’t type ANYTHING that starts with “Ha” since Trump took office without predictive text suggesting hahahahaha?

Cannibalism in the animal kingdom
In the deserts of the American Southwest, spadefoot toad tadpoles hatch in tiny oases. Until they develop into toadlets, they can’t survive outside of water, but these ponds are transient and quickly evaporate.
The tadpoles are in a race against the clock to grow up before their nurseries disappear. So nearly overnight, some of the brood explode in size.
They use their jack-o-lantern teeth and huge jaw muscles to devour their smaller pond mates. Nourished by this extra fuel, they develop quicker, leaving the pond before it can dry out.
The spadefoot toad is far from the only animal to eat members of its own species as a normal part of its life cycle. All of these animals do, too.
If that surprises you, you’re in good company. Until recently, scientists thought cannibalism was a rare response to starvation or other extreme stress. Well-known cannibals, like the praying mantis and black widow spider, were considered bizarre exceptions. But now, we know they more or less represent the rule.

Thanks, mean moms.
Oh, thank YOU.
Thank you to all those mean moms who expect us to live up to our potential.
Thank you for having the difficult conversations with us to teach us, and with others when we cannot self-advocate.
Yesterday Childish Gambino aka Donald Glover released a music video for his new song, “This Is America.”
The internet was fast to highlight the many layers and multiple meanings behind the 4-minute video.
America.
The truth is out there now.
I’m not okay, but I’ll be okay
This one is not funny.
I’m overwhelmed by all my injuries right now.
I’m frustrated by myself and everyone else.
I never asked for a lifetime sentence.
I’m doing better than expected considering I never received the proper recovery treatment for the violent assaults I experienced and witnessed, nor the sexual abuse I endured. No follow up care or rehabilitation for the three head injuries either.
Most people don’t know anything is wrong with me until I walk out of their life. I’m about to walk away from everyone for a while so I can discover myself again.
In a way, the multiple TBI’s are a blessing.
I’ve died and been reborn again and again.
“Every man or woman who is sane, every man or woman who has the feeling of being a person in the world, and for whom the world means something, every happy person, is in infinite debt to a woman.”
— Pioneering psychiatrist and pediatrician Donald Winnicott, who may be responsible for more psychoemotionally healthy humans than any other practitioner, was born on this day in 1896. His timeless wisdom on the mother’s role in society.
Well, maybe your mom has told you once or twice.

10 facts you should know about Vincent van Gogh
1. Vincent van Gogh was born on March 30, 1853, in Holland. He was named after his grandfather and his stillborn brother who died one year before Van Gogh was born.
2. Van Gogh was 27 years old when he painted his first piece.
3. When Van Gogh first began painting, he used peasants as models. He would later paint flowers, landscapes and himself, mostly because he was too poor to pay the models.
4. Van Gogh suffered from temporal lobe epilepsy, a chronic neurological condition characterized by recurrent, unprovoked seizures.
5. In a short period of ten years, Van Gogh made approximately 900 paintings.
6. During one of his seizures, Van Gogh attempted to attack his friend Paul Gauguin with an open razor. This ultimately resulted in Vincent cutting off a piece of his own ear – but not the whole ear as is often rumored.
7. Van Gogh created his most famous work The Starry Night while staying in an asylum in Saint-Remy-de-Provence, France.
8. Vincent Van Gogh visually depicted turbulence, an incredibly complex (and still unsolved) mathematical principle in several paintings during a particularly chaotic time in his life.
9. Vincent shot himself in a wheatfield in Auvers, France, but did not die until 2 days later at the age of 37. His brother Theo, at his side when he died, said that Vincent’s last words were “La tristesse durera toujours” which means “the sadness will last forever.”
10. Vincent only sold one painting during his lifetime and only became famous after his death.
Happy Birthday, Vincent van Gogh.

A Facebook Live video shows the women entering the mosque and removing pamphlets and other materials as they make derogatory comments about Muslims.
If you post a video of yourself committing a crime, the video can be used against you in a court of law.
Hopefully they’ll tack on a few corruption of a minor child and child endangerment charges.

Oh, we take calls at dinner
I work from home and my boss asked me about call times; when is too early or too late to call.
I replied that nine or 10 PM is probably my cut off because if I’m out and about I’m enjoying dinner or it’s going to be too noisy and if I am at home relaxing I’m ready to get to bed at that hour.
He instantly let me know that he takes calls during dinner or when he’s out and about. I think we’re going to have a talk about boundaries.
My free time is my free time. And if you want to access me at all hours of the day, you’ll have to pay for them whether I’m working for you or not. That’s how it works for me when I don’t own the company.
