we have a bad obsession with trying to figure out if something is real, from a movie, or a dream. and heres what our therapist said:

"it doesn't matter if it was real or not. what does matter is the effect on you"

its something we replay a lot, have it on a sticky note on our front console.

warnings: sickness (nausea, dizziness, fuzzy head), e/d, venting, abuse

we've recently been dealing with a lot of dizziness and nausea, especially after being up for an extended period of time

Dream recently put together that its probably the lack of food and water thats making us feel like such shit. one "partner" encouraged the habit, another is trying to help us break it.

it makes us sleepier, zone out and dissociate more, and just not want to exist

this actually fucking sucks and we wish we could break out, but at some point your body just can't eat as much
