Nothing reminds me what a goddamn miracle modern medicine is more so than hearing stories about people who contracted the black plague in the 21st century and were prescribed antibiotics for it.
Like yeah man you got the disease that wiped out half of Europe, like, a couple separate times within written history, and we have no clue how many times before that. To cure it you have to take 14 pills and drink lots of juice. Youāre gonna feel kind of crummy for a while. Itās vitally important you take all 14 pills.
Evil wizard tasteful pin-up magazine but it's all photos of like, skinny old goths coyly fingering cursed amulets, long-bearded sorcerers doing the 'oopsie' pose as their corrosive destruction spell destroys enough of their own robes to show some skin, naked desiccated lich king positioning his staff of human skulls just so it leaves something to the imagination, dark knights in full armor just holding their soul-eating blades out in front of their codpieces, orc chieftain who did not understand the assignment and is posing with a monster he killed like one of those guys-with-fish photos. Or maybe he DID understand the assignment. Hmm.
@evilwizard are you in that?
i should sell this
Let's be fair, the Rock is capable of solid line delivery and emotional acting, it's just that he always try stay in his comfort zone of "cool badass action hero" and won't allow his characters to show physical or emotional weakness, limiting his performances.
The Rock has the potential to be a great actor, but his ego is holding him back.
Funny enough I think thatās more scathing
The fact that an SNL skit about the Rock inventing the worlds most evil invention and one about him snorting drugs for ed reasons are some of his best work as an actor and shows hed be great at comedy, but he holds himself back in movies by demanding to play a cool bad ass action hero, makes it all the more baffling he seems incapable of acting
Like he has shown hes great at comedic timing, and is held back by the fact even his comedy movies insist he play a bad ass action hero
The last time I really enjoyed the Rockās work was in the Rundown.
Good movie. I'd argue he did let some emotion in during that
Back in my Lesbian days years and years ago I had the honor of participating in the first issue of "That, But Lesbian" by @hattersarts. I chose Shrek of course. I wanted her to look almost unchanged. i am really proud of the hair i decided on, and of course the fat tits. Enjoy, my friends.
Asexuals were always part of pride and it really fucking shows when people think it's a recent term.
Although not going by the term "asexual" yet, asexuality was spoken about alongside homosexuality as far back as the 1890s. Asexual history is just as vital to queer history as any other term and I'm so tired of watching us being treated like a new thing
This image is so so fucking important to me
Reblog this, cowards

do not forget the patron saint of these weeks that we celebrate ourselves proudly and openly in the streets
her name was Marsha P Johnson, and we have her to thank for so much.
remember, the first Pride was a riot, and she was one of the brave souls who endured it to help carve the path which so many of us walk today. she helped found several activist groups regarding LGBT safety and wellbeing. and she was absolutely radiant, too.
thank you, Marsha. we remember you.
The cards see all.
