2020 is wrapped up for SuperSwine. It was an abbreviated year but we had a great time and had success every time we went out. 4 contests 3 top ten overall finishes 4 first place category finishes 7 top ten category finishes 2 180 pens Avg overall score: 690.4999 Avg chicken score: 174.7057 Avg ribs score: 173.9857 Avg pork score: 171.5457 Avg brisket score: 170.2628 In the 5 and under category in KCBS, we finished: 29th overall 39th chicken 31st ribs 23rd pork 27th brisket I did 6 SCA cookoffs (3 doubles) and got my judging certificate. Judging SCA is pretty fun. Hoping to do more cookoffs next year and judging as many as I can. This was our first year to go full out with #DB180 rubs. These are all super good rubs. That was fun! Farm Stock 2020 is a wrap. Thanks to Jon Smail for setting that all up in just 40 days (no small feat). We were set up in a big, open field (as socially distant as you want). We really thought we had a chance at first in every category. Felt like we fired on all four cylinders.
