Penciling is a pattern of two to four black lines following the contour of the feathers on either a gold or silver (white) base. The dark brahma variety is silver penciled. In most breeds, gold penciled is called partridge. Adding blue or lavender dilution genes dilutes the black to a shade of grey. Dilution of gold in addition to the lavender gene results in a color commonly referred to as Isabel/Isabella

My beloved husband is a highly skilled tier 3 tech support worker with familiarity with a wide variety of systems, a bachelor's degree in economics, a long history of working with aerospace companies and excellent social skills.

He got laid off in May and has been unable to get a job despite constant applications since.

I know he's not doing anything WRONG, he's consistently getting to the third round of interviews and someone else gets it, because unemployment is insane, and there's just tons of competition.

We're living on his unemployment and my patreon income until he finds work, which is only barely covering costs. We're also on Medicaid and the looming cuts are terrifying me.

If ANYONE has in-office tech support work in the Denver/boulder area or remote work anywhere, please send me the job listings and if possible, your name so he can say "So-and-so recommended I apply" because that really helps his resume get seen.
