How to handle your stress

I'm not a doctor or what soever that related to health division but I'm just sharing my way how to handle stress. Well, at first, i thought telling your friendsis the most helpful way to do it but sometimes it doesn't work. I did that so many times but it's not 100% works.. Let just say about 50% works. The other half is yourself. Try to calm your mind by doing some activities either with your friends, family or your boy/girlfriend. Try not to tell the reason why you're stress. I think, telling your problems only make addition to your stress level. Because you keep repeating story about your problem, not resolve it. For myself, i do listening to the musics and watch some tv series etc to keep my mind forget about the problems temporarily. Once i get calm, i can see the problem clearly and do something about it. But those are completely my real thought, so i beg your pardon now.

March 10-11, LASKAR KOSTAN GOES TO BANDUNG!! woot woot~~♪♪♪ What is Laskar Kostan means ? It’s just our group name. We have same thing in common which was lived in Kostan. Kost is a place like dormitory but its in the somebody’s house. Due to barely have a time to take trip, we deciced to go to Bandung just for 2 days. Day 1, we took Serayu Pagi Train from Jakarta Kota to Padalarang. As soon as we arrived in Padalarang, we went straight to Stone Garden. After that, we took train to take us to Bandung. Blablabla.. we took angkot but the price was a bit higher than people who lives in Bandung. We took a rest infront of Masjid Raya Bandung, Alun-Alun. After that, we ate at Padang Restaurant nearby but the price was just unexpectedly high. We felt so bumped. Night already, so we went to our rest place in Kiaracondong. Day 2, as soon as we get up, we went to Ciwidey. As we arrived, we’ve been offered low price angkot, so took their offer. We went to several places in Ciwidey. Kawah Putih, Kebun Teh and Situ Lembang. But when we back to Ciwidey, the price unexpectedly change a lot. We got fooled by them. geeZ.. But whatever.. They’re going to hell anyway. So, in March 11, Siko having a birthday in Sugarush. But after that, i went to Jakarta earlier than others to do my schedule in Jakarta. But it was unforgettable experience.

Clash of Clans. A very addicting game i've ever play. First, i just followed my friend's favor to try to play this game but then I become more junkie than i thought i will. Lol. My friend introduced my to a very friendly clan, AirtrekAlliance. The leader is CHAOS or MOE JOE or CHAOTIC KING. He has 5 accounts to play this game and all of them are above my level. My current level is 54 with town hall level 7. I wanna upgrade my Town Hall so much but i need to be patience. There are d*che people on global chat, so i strongly recommend you to stay in a clan and don't bother the global chat. There are full of promotion of their clans and usually they over the global chat. And if you wanna do well in this game, here some tips : 1. Stay in a stable clan once you build your clan castle (CC) 2. Don't ask to much troops. Do some donation instead. But if your clan mates want some troops that you don't have. Say sorry. Sometime it bothers elders that ask troops and you give them level 1-3 goblins or barbarians. 3. Donate archers if they ask "any troops" 4. Save up your free gems so you can buy the 3rd,4th,5th builder. REALLY! DON'T WASTE YOUR GEMS FOR BOOSTS OR WHATEVER. Because you need 500 gems for the 3rd builder, 1000 gems for 4th, and 2000gems for 5th. 5.If you are in clan that active in war, try to scout the enemy bases first. Think the strategy to attack and it is important to see your mate replays. See what they've missed during the attack. 6. Keep your builders buzy 7. Upgrade troops till they are at the max with your current Town Hall (TH),along with upgrading the defence station. 8. Don't let anyone bother you when you are at war. LoL 9. BE NICE!!!
