They don't even know who Princess Diana is. Which is tragic. They would love her, I think. So no, they didn't kill her (we all know who did anyhow—)

✅ Evie has a diary that they write in with a glittery gel pen.

... You know what? Yeah, they would! The glittery pen tradition started when they were working at the Astral Lounge. They borrowed a pen from one of the dancers and it was the cutest little thing. While they pretended not to like it, the dancer took notice and brought Evie a pack of their own as a surprise. They carry it with them everywhere and cherish those pens.

❌ Evie is afraid of doing anything without other peoples permission.

[LOUD INCORRECT BUZZER] Evie isn't the type to ask permission in general; it's a byproduct of their line of work. Spent too long being told what to do by privileged nutjobs, plus growing up in Neon meant you had to have a backbone and not be anybody's lapdog. So. They much prefer asking for forgiveness after the fact.

❌ Evie watched the sonic movie.

Sadly no, but they would love it honestly. If Evie were born in modern times, opposed to 300 odd years into the future? They'd so be a nerd for shit like Sonic, Crash Bandicoot, and Rachet & Clank.

Ohh yeah, they swear like a sailor. Y'all know those video compilations on social media of dads doing home repair projects and every other word is some sorta swear? That's them. They try so very hard to rein it in around Cora, though!

❌ Evie needs a nightlight to sleep.

Nah, they don't need one! They're used to sleeping in just about any lighting conditions though. Living in Ebbside meant you were either in pitch dark or under some sorta neon signage. Plus, they don't really get tired cues or follow a traditional circadian rhythm anyway—thanks autism! So. When they're going to sleep they're going to sleep, and they will be out cold regardless.

"Planning a father-daughter outing, Pramatinum?"

The sound of Al's voice is a siren's call to him. Sweet, alluring, enchanting. Commanding his full attention with ease and without question.

At the mention of each item, he waves his hand to produce something perfect; a pair of light blue leggings, a teal blouse with short sleeves and wave-like patterns to the small ruffle flourishes, a comfortably padded pair of sneakers, two tickets for entry to the festival.

"Anything else, my love?"

It's always a wonder just how quietly his brazen billy goat can sneak up on Alastor without meaning to do so. The comment reels him out of his excitable self-chatter, and earns a sheepish expression.

"Well, ja—Alma's birthday is coming up and..." He's off again! There's a determined glimmer in his eyes as he bounces ideas off of his husband. Arguably, it's bright enough of a glimmer to keep him oblivious to Alu's tricks.

He only notices when he turns to ask what he thinks of the itinerary so far. When he sees the pile of clothing and tickets neatly sat upon the dining table, he bursts out into laughter. That is, before he steps over and wraps those big, loving arms around his lover.

"Hmm... One more thing. But don't worry—I already found what I'm looking for." Alastor's expression softens as he presses a chaste kiss to Alu's lips. "That said, we'll need one more ticket, hm? You're always invited too, you know. You're just as much her father as I am."
