How it feels watching WandaVision so far w/o any context:
Aight I just watched Episode's 9 - 12 of MSM 2017 season 2-
Have some commentary from me talking to my sister @magic-glasses while watching it-
Oke ty for your time I wish Harry was back rn-
T-
TUMBLR??
What-
What did they dO TO YOU???
TUMBLR WHAT DID THEY DO????
I wonder-
Did any of y'all forget the fact that the headmaster of the school in "The Headband" episode said that reform school for students who act up more than twice was coal mines?
Like legit - he said, word for word to Sokka and Katara posing as Aang's parents with a smirk - or what felt like a smirk on his - on his face;
Nonetheless, you're forewarned. If he acts up one more time, I'll have him sent to reform school... by which I mean the coal mines.
If the firenation under the corrupt rule of Ozai and the firelords before him couldn't get any worse. They were read to send children off to work in mines. And from what i know, mining is pretty harsh work, right?
How the hell would they want to "spread the prosperity of their land to the other nations" when they did this, along with the other things they've done that is still unbelievably wrong?
Do the parents think this is ok?
What do the students think?
What do the teachers think?
What do the adults at the coalmines think when they see firenation school children come in to work in a dangerous place for punishment?
There's a lot going on in that episode. With the propaganda, erased history, glorification of a ruler and it's nation, erasing the freedom of expressing yourself, and more.
But this particular line keeps resonating in my mind. It's not a big line like the rest of the things in that episode, but it's pretty big come to think of it.
And looking around, it's never talked about.
We should talk about this more.
Why do I have like-
A vague memory of mishapocalypse after seeing memes about that t h i n g but 2.0???
LIKE YALL I NEVER K N E W WHAT IT OR THIS WEBSITE WAS BACK THEN WHY DO I HAVE VAGUE MEMORIES-
IS IT BECAUSE OF A WATTPAD BOOK I READ WHEN I WAS 11½ - 12??
