I never had surgery, nothing drastic happened to start my weight loss. I just decided one day that I needed to make changes. And so I did.

Sorry for the double post about my 100 pound weight loss, but it’s just so surreal to me. Encouraging other people helps me. I haven’t been this small in so long. I feel so much better than I used to. My blood pressure and heart rate are in normal range again. I can walk up stairs and not get out of breath. My back and knees aren’t screaming at me all of the time. I sleep better, and just generally feel better. I’m so grateful to be on this journey. However, I’m switching to veganism as opposed to keto. Keto isn’t a good long term plan, and I want to continue to care for myself so wish me luck 💗

If I can do this anyone can do it 💗💗💗
