canonically, the phrase ‘the boy who lived’ was something that apparently everyone across the uk was toasting the night voldemort was first defeated, but i’m thinking right that not everyone would have come up with the same phrase to toast? so surely someone came up with something like an excellent pun and they were really proud of it and that’s what they toasted to, but then everyone started saying ‘the boy who lived’
like can you imagine the plotline if every time someone says ‘harry potter, the boy who lived’ it’s replaced with like ‘harry potter, the epic small baby man’
