This past week has been a little lienient. I haven’t been working out nor have I been exactly watching what I’ve been consuming.
It was my birthday yesterday (the 25th), so I went all out and spent today doing very little.
I’ve planned out my meals for tomorrow, and my workouts. And from tomorrow on I will strictly follow a clean vegan diet, and workout 6 days per week!
I have a marathon I want to run on October 13th, which is around 7 Months from today (a perfect amount of training time). So I start training tomorrow morning, and I will train 3 days per week. I’ve made a 13 week plan that will get me to 10k, and then I’ll gradually increase my miles, and speed.
I also have a gym membership and access to group classes, so I’ll be attending strength training classes 3 out of 7 days per week, and then I’ll have a recovery day as well.
I plan on consuming 1300 or less calories per day for now, I don’t know where my metabolism is at so I’ll start from there and if I end losing more than 1.5lbs per week - I’ll up it to 1600. I only want to lose about 1.5 pounds per week.
I’ll be able to reach my goal of 120lbs by September 1 st at that rate. But I really don’t know, my plan might workout better and I might be able to get there by August 1st. But I’m in no rush this time. I want to create long lasting habits, and gradually get where I need to be :)
