You can either have this straight from the freezer like a popsicle (😂) or let it thaw for five minutes and have it as a mousse cake 😊 BASE: 1 cup activated cashews 10 organic medjool dates 1/4 cup dried incaberries Blitz in the blender until formed. Spread onto a lined cake tin and flatten. Place in the freezer while preparing the filling. FILLING: 3 large ripe bananas 8 organic frozen strawberries 1/3 cup raw cacao Blend until a smooth soft- serve consistency. Spread onto base.
