Well that run did not go well. Got tummy cramps half way round and had to stop and walk. Think I should call it a walk rather than a run. The up side was there was time to take some pictures and watch the boats out at sea. Just had to walk a bit funny to make it home.

Last night was treadmill testing for the fire service followed by a 6km run 😅 I must be mad!

Was in a bit of a funk lately. So wore silly shirt since punisher Netflix series comes out today and went for an easy walk/jog. Listened to fun snap judgment podcast as well. Enjoy a flex Friday as I head home for a nice shower. @m0tiv8me

A slow milestone is still a milestone. My knee felt a lot much better today so I went on a slow, longer run which turned out to be my furthest yet! One more step towards my 10k goal in Novemeber. Now to rest up for parkrun. Anyone else reached any milestones recently?
