Thinking further about this... it's Astrid who discovers Hiccup after weeks of the Chief going nuts, and all that frantic searching and tracking... only for Hiccup to be completely at peace lol, living in friendship with the dragon who took his leg, enjoying some slow flights over the sea Idk, and frankly feeling more taken care of than during his entire childhood. He's got a flock of terrible terrors too, who he's trained to provide him with stuff and who he plays with. They keep him excellent company.
Astrid will be going like "you have Stockholm syndrome, you idiot", but Hiccup will of course just show her. And he'll ask her not to take him back just yet, and not to tell of his whereabouts to his father.
Can we have a scenario with D where he comes upon a hermit, who can control noble made monsters and keeps them away from human settlements? The monsters obey willingly and seem to be almost protective of the hermit with slightly raised intelligence.(depending on what they are)
Legion..
I have been trying to figure something out for two days on this. I am struggling to remember noble monsters listed/described in the book series. Fortunately I just found a wiki site that gives what info there is on the nobility creations. It's short and more of a character intro.
So here we go….
Vampire Hunter D is hired to eliminate a most dire being. A wandering Hermit, cloaked in noble created darkness, and is in which noble created beasts accompany. This hermit has to be a noble of some sort who probably helped create the nobel abominations. The hermit goes by only one word, “Legion.”
Hence a dhampir to kill a hermit named Legion.
The hermit Legion is cloaked all in black that was actually shadows with black butterflies flying in tight geometry patterns. Legion moved as if unconcerned about the famous vampire hunter being only a short distance away. They jumped off a mountain dragon as if floating to the ground, not a leap. Legion lands among other noble created beasts and a couple of monsters.
D’s incredible vision notes that the mountain dragon is wearing packs that seem to contain bits and parts of many noble monsters. Suddenly a Pooka zips past D and narrowly misses being struck by D’s long sword he had just pulled. The bio-engineered sprite angrily chatters away as it flies the hermit. Legion simply opens their cloak of shadows and the malicious sprite flies into it.
A slim but gray shaded arm extends from the sleeve of the cloak and the hand has pitch black talons of a high Noble. The fingers motion with the talons to approach. It seems Legion is either unaware of D’s reputation or is so arrogant as not to care.
It rarely happens that the son of the Sacred Ancestor is shocked or surprised but he is just that.
A definite feminine voice says,”Hello…my son.”
So who is Legion and why does ‘she’ call him her son? I leave this for your interpretation and will type no more.
