Well there we have it... Finally #discharged from #physiotherapy - had a little cry on the bus on the way home & another while writing this! It's been a hard as Fuck 12months since I tore my #acl for the 5th time, especially since my #operation last October, destroying me both physically & mentally but I did it! My last #physio session today was done in the gym with my kit on (hence the bag) & despite telling them I tweaked my knee on the ice last Tuesday they worked me hard with a #reactionball & kick save drills... I then shook Simon & George's hands, said 'hopefully I'll never see you again' & left. Everything is crossed that I never have to go through this again, so I can stay 'free' & be 'home' on the ice for many years to come. If you fail your set at any time or are unable to complete your Squat consult the following key before moving on. 49-40 Squats = 200 Meter Row Penalty 39-30 Squats = 300 Meter Row Penalty 29-20 Squats = 400 Meter Row Penalty 19-10 Squats = 500 Meter Row Penalty Your entire work piece is for time from when you start your squats to when you finish your Couplet. Now if you hit a penalty you must finish that Row FIRST before you move onto the 5 Round piece and that is also included in your Time.
