decided to make a stimboard based off of this song (sosorry! by epiaeon) that ive become obsessed with lately lol. tbh this songs rock and ik that if this came out while i was in middle school or early high school, this would genuinely make top 5 fav songs of all time. i still relate to this song in some ways, but middle/early high school me would've been like OMG LITERALLY ME!!!! THERE I AM GARY THERE I AM!!!!! /ref anyway 9/10, the animation is so fucking addicting and i love it

also yes this stimboard is a lil self-indulgent/self-projected, so don't come at me /lh /gen ik the general theme of the song and whatnot, but i also have my own interpretations since, like i said, i can relate to it in some ways. anyway sorry for the long block of text, ill stfu now lol

We don’t have ADHD but most of my friends do and so do several family members. And most of the ADHDers in our life love visual stims the most so we tried to tailor it for them!

I've tried to learn how to snap my fingers for years and kept failling. But because of a stim that I've started doing in the last few months -tapping one of my fingers at once against my thumb, mostly my index and middle finger- which made me accidentally snap my fingers a couple times. Decided to practice it afterwards and now can snap my fingers without any problems......

So that's the story of how I accidently learned how to snap my fingers because of one of my ADHD stims.

i do this almost constantly so im not sure if its really a stim or not but its def a fidget!

like i sat watching my serotonin playlist on yt for about an hour and i wiggled so much my sides started hurting lmao

like ill just go back and forth in place

or rock myself sometimes

this is def more of a stim and i usually do it when im REALLY HAPPY

i "draw" shapes with my hips???

like its usually the same pattern that changes sometimes

and ill just be layin down usually nd start makin a plus sign with my hips?? idk

THE HAND FLAPS

i did this today when i was watchin mbmbam animatics and AHHH it was so great

it only happens when im REALY excited and is one of the rarer ones

The little food robits on the uni campus near where I live say “starship” on them. This means that whenever I go on campus I stim “I WANNA BE A STAR SHIP RANGER 🎶 !!” At them because I have ADHD and like musicals.
