I've got a crying headache from rereading a great big tragedy.
Cry count: 6 (although the 6 is kinda 7 bc I never stopped and 6/7 is more of a happy (ish) bc of reunions and not sobbing like the rest.
If anyone wants to be tortured like I was, let me know and I'll share the quotes.
the parallel about james bringing regulus flowers in agbt is my 13th reason
Someone: what pronouns do you want me to use?
Me: *rummages through my pockets* ah shoot I don't have any on me can we just use yours?

Lesbians are represented by the G, and since lesbians haven’t stopped referring to themselves as “gay” they can just own it & drop the entitlement that they deserve 2 letters to make sure everyone knows lesbians exist and are valid. If anyone thinks gay men are legit but not lesbians, that’s not your problem. You’re gay. It’s fine. You’re a big gay lesbian.
The gay-trans community is for atypical identities and relationships.
Now I know a lot of people still don’t acknowledge asexuality or they acknowledge it but they don’t consider it a sexuality because it’s more like an anti-sexuality, but I don’t see any reason to exclude them. They’re not straight and I don’t see why they need a completely separate community for themselves when the gay-trans community is for those with atypical identities and relationships. If you don’t want to add the A that’s you’re call. GBT works too, but remember how many people have excluded bisexuals from the community for years and still do. Being less than gay just makes you not gay, it doesn’t mean you don’t belong. Cishets and trenders are the ones who don’t belong, but the support of others is greatly appreciated nonetheless.
The only reason I put the A at the beginning is because it makes it easier for people to understand what it is, it’s not some foreign acronym they’ll have to look up. It’s just a better version of LGBT.

I broke the news to my mom today that I'm going on testosterone. It seemed to go well. It certainly went better than the first time I came out to her about my gender. I kind of lost my cool trying to say that I hope it doesn't affect the progress she's made n couldn't get all the words out, n after a few moments of me silently attempting to start the sentence w/o crying she reached over and hugged me tight n we stayed like that for the rest of the conversation and then went back to just hanging out. I just hope she doesn't have a delayed freak out like she did then🙃
She's made so much progress since back then though. I think we'll be ok
