Old City Hall, Zagreb, Croatia,
The three council chambers were redesigned by Andrija Mutnjaković between 1968 and 1975 as part of a broader reconstruction of the historic building.
Conceived as distinct meeting halls for different municipal councils, each space features highly expressive, sculptural ceiling compositions generated through early computer-assisted and algorithmic design methods—an innovative approach for its time.
The project is regarded as one of the earliest applications of computational processes in interior architecture.
