Are we the only ones who have to maintain proper hygiene, diet and exercise even when not using the vessel?

It seems other Plural and System folk don't have physical bodies they must maintain I suppose? Like they're just metaphors or symbolic representations of themselves and not something that needs to be taken to the lou every now and again... Kind of jealous

Along those lines, are we also the only ones who don't communicate with each other back at the Hub, or with whoever is here, via "thinking", mental talk or otherwise telepathy? We have to actually, verbally, speak to be heard. Out loud. It's no different than talking to someone on this planet. I'm low-key jealous of others who can just...
