That was a really tough one today. Humbling even. #hillrepeats are one thing, #trailhillrepeats are a whole ‘nother level. While I was coaching @steven_dong4 through 12 repeats, I did 8 of my own plus some 15 second hill sprints to finish up. This hill just never stopped punching. It’s long, steep and a little bit technical, too. But a great workout was had.
