Genshin Impact x Percy Jackson part 2
Starting in order we have our represents of Inazuma, Jason and Thalia, obviously, Jason is the dead man (representing Ei's dead sister) and Thalia is Ei, aka the archon.
Why her? ...I didn't really have much of a reason, but continuing the idea that Zeus was the original dragon of the element of electro required a character with access to lightning.
Plus, he had siblings, so it worked, and since Jason is already dead, it was a good way to continue the character canon.
Back to the Apollo life show, we have Artemis and Athena, obvious reasons for how they ended up as archons of Sumeru (a nation strongly related to nature and wisdom, plus I love the drama of the story I crammed into my head).
Artemis survives the Archon War alongside Apollo, but as time passes, Sumeru's higher-ups begin to forget the importance of nature, downplaying the forest's contamination by corruption. Because of this, Artemis continues with the events of Rukkadevata and erases herself from everyone's memory to remove the forbidden knowledge from everyone's memory (at least I think that's how it was... I haven't been able to progress much in Genshin. Impact)
Upon dying/being forgotten, only the Hydro dragon remembers her (vaguely, as he's no longer close to her) and Apollo, due to their sibling bond.
Sadly, his last act before be forget is to leave Meg in her brother's care without telling her about his plan, and he disappears.Apollo waited a long time for news of her while he looked after Meg with Nico, but it never came. Finally, the news arrived from the ports: "The Archon Dendro died."
I don't need to describe how he cried, screamed (or how many tremors there were), but he momentarily overcame his depression for his homeland (although he was still hurting) when the news arrived.
A new Archon Dendro, he waited hopefully, but it wasn't his younger sister (something he knew deep down: Hermes didn't return, only Dionysus arrived).
He and Athena got along well... for a while. As the years went by, she began to feel the pressure of having her predecessor's brother watching over her (although he was only trying to ease the burden, being new to the situation). lead a nation) and broke ties with Liyue and her archon.
Some time later, Sumeru didn't speak of her archon again (because the sages locked her up, but that's another story).
Continuing with Fontaine... I really had no more information than that of the Hydro dragon, something about the subject of dragons and archons, besides, well... chaos.
I had no better idea than to continue with the original dragons of the elements of Teyvat and well... say hello to Poseidon's wives as the archons, Sally as Furina... I know what Furina's story is, I'm not too sorry, we needed some angst (Who doesn't know about Genshin... let's just say that her own archon cursed her with immortality... for a long-term plan to save the nation. The good thing is that Furina comes out alive, human, and... therapy, yes, I don't know, but the same will happen to Sally).
And Triton, as the son of Poseidon, ended up as the Hydro dragon.
To conclude, no I drew the travelers but they are Percy and Annabeth (there were no better candidates, besides, who else would take care of the problems if not the ones we always bother trying to solve them? It should have been them HAHAAHAHAHA)
