Star Wars Alien Species | from FFG’s Forces and Destiny series
The Aqualish were a sentient species native to planet Ando in the Mid Rim. A mammalian species with insectlike features, the Aqualish were divided into three races. The Aquala possessed flippers instead of humanoid hands, and the Ualaq possessed four eyes, while the Quara had two. The Aqualish developed a reputation for their hardheaded aggression, although this was not a rule. They were independent and resourceful, and were found across the galaxy.

Cantina Crowd by Ross Murray
"Shifting his carbine rifle over his shoulder and out of the way, Canderous knelt by the pool of blood. Carefully, he moved the thick mass of hair at her neck aside to check her pulse. Faint, but steady nonetheless. He assessed the worst of her injuries and eyed the nearby detritus to see what materials he had on hand for field dressing them. She didn't appear to have any spinal injuries, but her left arm was twisted unnaturally and she was still bleeding sluggishly into the pavement from gashes he couldn't see in her current position."
I finally finished it! I had to keep reminding myself that it was my own fault I chose multiple lighting sources and a lot of detail. Now I just have to edit the actual fic chapter and I can finally put it up (with the hopes that it entices me to finish writing it).

Tuskens again get the short end of the Gaderffii with that terrible fade
My Labor Day weekend progress: an aqualish heavy soldier and four assassin droids. All of them were from the Imperial Assault board game.
This week’s theme: "It's like a rainbow!"
The most colorful setting in Star Wars, and one of my favorites, is Coruscant at night. I think it’s the only setting where you would be allowed to wear sequins, rainbows, and really anything expressive. Most other settings require you to dress ruggedly or conform to a dress code (military, Jedi, even Canto Bight). And the only characters who normally get to dress up are rich and tasteful.
So Coruscant is the place to be if you’re a member of any subculture beyond “poncho fans.”
