European Parliament: Stop the censorship-machinery! Save the Internet!

Before the link tax fucks me over!

Please sign this, I don’t care if you’re not in the EU, this is like net neutrality - but 100 times worse. If this passes, I will never come back to Tumblr, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, DeviantArt - NADA. 

Basically, the EU gets the right to block everything I see and upload, what I write and makes it impossible for me to link to anything without PAYING to make a link - A LINK. I can’t watch 99% of the content on youtube, no more Ao3, no more Tumblr, nothing.  Please help, I don’t want to lose the freedom I have left.

Art. 11 - 13 e menate varie.

Possiamo parlare un secondo di sto putiferio dell’articolo 13, votazione europea etc etc? Ho letto, ho cercato di informarmi, ma metà degli articoli per me parlano arabo. Da cosa leggo qui su tumblr, in teoria se tutto ciò, nel 2019, passerà, non si potrà più pubblicare una fanfiction, una fanart, gif, robe. Manco una cover musicale su youtube per dire.

Cioè, è un shut down di internet in Europa. Io... Qualcuno che ne sa di più, magari, mi corregga o spieghi in linguaggio comune EFFETTIVAMENTE a cosa andiamo incontro. Ho firmato tutto il possibile contro a questa cosa, sulle poche informazioni che sono riuscita a comprendere.

I of course am very grateful to the MEPs who voted against article 13. Sadly it just wasn’t enough, because the EU parlement is filled with assholes...
